【都市网】多伦多又有两家餐厅获得了享誉世界的米芝莲星级评级。
周三晚“History”的特别颁奖典礼上，米芝莲表示，总共有82家餐厅将被收录在指南中，其中包括14家一星餐厅。
今年匿名评审一直在城市各处场所用餐，使用秘密方法评判餐厅，餐厅被分配为一星、二星或三星。
多伦多只有两家餐厅获得了米其林一星：位于Mt. Pleasant Rd.的“Kappo Sato”和位于20 Victoria St.的“Restaurant 20 Victoria”。
全球共不到500家餐厅获得了米芝莲两星，“Sushi Maisaki Saito”仍然是多伦多唯一拥有此称号的餐厅。获得三星荣誉更为罕见，全球仅有140家餐厅获得此荣誉。
米其林还授予了其他各种的奖项。墨西哥餐厅“Quetzal”在2022年获得了其第一枚米芝莲星，并在2023年获得了优秀的鸡尾酒奖。
位于多伦多Kensington区“Sunnys Chinese”餐厅的David Schwartz及其团队获得了年轻厨师奖。
位于多伦多的意大利米芝莲星级餐厅“Osteria Giulia”的Marco Thompson 被授予多伦多侍酒师奖，“Restaurant 20 Victoria”的前台团队则获得了杰出的服务奖。
加拿大首次颁发的“Green Star”奖项授予了Frilu和White Lily Diner，表彰在可持续实践方面出色的餐厅。
典礼还表彰了今年新加入多伦多指南的十二家新推荐餐厅以及Bib Gourmand餐厅，Bib Gourmand是提供二道菜和一杯葡萄酒（或甜品）价格低于60元的高质量餐厅。
