全球最大3D打印社区 美国这地方房价$47.5万元起

德州奥斯汀北边的乔治城(Georgetown)有个WolfRanch住宅区，这里的房屋乍看之下可能与其他郊区新建的社区没什么不同，然而，这里事实上是全球最大的3D列印房社区。

Wolf Ranch第一批3D列印建筑扩增100栋房屋，由建筑商Bjarke Ingels Group(BIG)及住宅建筑公司Lennar、3D列印建筑科技新创公司Icon联合设计。

Icon的Vulcan机器列印系统机组输出ICON专有的高强度混凝土「lavacrete」，在墙壁结构硬化。目前已完成三分之一以上的新社区列印工作。

2021年ICON宣布这项计划时，ICON共同创办人兼执行长巴勒德(JasonBallard)将这一社区形容为社区规模发展史上的分水岭时刻，他表示3D列印能更迅速地建造高品质住宅，而且比传统建筑方法更便宜。

美国正面临约500万套新房的短缺，巴勒德称3D列印技术的优势，包括能迅速增加供应，且不牺牲品质、外观或永续性。

Bjarke Ingels Group合伙人沃克(MartinVoelkle)表示，3D列印建筑是降低建筑过程浪费的重要一步，同时让住宅更具适应性、永续性且能源自给自足。

独立研究显示，3D列印屋可以减少二氧化碳排放及建筑浪费，在没有模板的情况下建造房屋，可大量减少总体建材使用。水泥每年占全球二氧化碳排放量的8%左右。

一项2020年的新加坡研究显示，3D列印建造的一套浴室比传统方法建造的浴室便宜25.4%，产生的二氧化碳减少近86%。

在3D列印的GenesisCollection社区里，买家可挑选八种不同的建筑平面，面积范围介于1574至2112平方呎，包括叁间卧室、四间卧室设计。

第一个完工的住宅是Rune款式，有一个带有大面积悬挑的四面坡屋顶(hiproof)，以及一个前入口车库，房屋内部有多个3D列印部件，如厨房中岛。
