为了庆祝7月4日美国国庆，美国赌城拉斯维加斯的球体活动场馆MSG Sphere在开幕前提早点灯，以壮观的灯光表演来盛大宣传。
这座球体场馆在“威尼斯人”酒店旁边，高达111公尺，直经约157公尺，不仅是目前世界上最大的球体建筑物，外牆的120万盏LED萤幕组成5.4万平方公尺面积的萤幕，也是全球最大的LED萤幕。
因为碰上新冠疫情，原物料上涨，场馆建筑一波三折，耗资23亿美元才完工。
场馆内部有超过1万7千个座位，内部也有特大的球形LED萤幕，号称可让观众有“沉浸式体验”，可安排演唱会或体育赛事，预定9月28日才会正式启用，爱尔兰天团“U2”将是首个在此场地表演的团体，门票从140美元起跳。
